I tried applying for my first credit card with the bank Chase and wasn't approved. I applied for a Chase Freedom Master card. The letter I received said that I had no information in the credit bureau. I understand that I don't have any credit information because I've never had a credit card before to build my credit score, but how am I expected to do so if I can't get one to begin with?

I am 19 me and me girlfriend are going to get married and we want to get a house we both work full time I make about about 15000 and she makes 25000 annually we also want her mom to move in who gets around 12000 a year and with help with the mortgage. My girlfriend has bad credit because of not having medical insurance so has medical bills and the city she lived in left her utilities on in old addresses for years 6 in one location so she has thousands owed to utilities and her mom is in the same boat. I currently am also a full time college student I work very hard as does my girlfriend and I want us to be able to get a house. On paper I make so little but I only have good credit with my car payment which has been paid on time for the 10 month lifespan of the loan which is 2 years (totaling $2500) although I am saving up and will have it paid off by February though and the only other thing on my credit is my student loans ( totaling $8250)which i am also in good standing with, I know all of this because I checked my credit report but not my credit score because it costs money and I don't have a credit card also though I have applied for a discover card and was declined the only other checks on my credit were twice when I was looking for a car and my bank twice trying to get credit over draft protection and my car loan a have a co-signer. I am no longer living with my parent but the rent isn't in my name all the bills are though but only since July this year. The house market where I live we could get a nice house for about 50,000 we wouldn't be able to make a big down payment but want to take out only a ten year loan and could afford an interest rate up to 9%. We have heard the are going to extend the 8,000 first time home buyer tax return till April next year which would be nice for paying off the home early but we would definitely like be in a home before next summer and 8K would be nice too but what things I should do to try to get this accomplished. Would getting a credit card with an annual fee and always paying the balance be a good idea because I thought the cards you have to pay to have are a scam or didn't report to the credit bureaus; and how do I get pre-approve and would this be a good idea at this point or would it be a waist of my time and make my score worse?

Okay, I got a psych evaluation once when I was 14-15 years old, but they wouldn't diagnose me because I wasn't 18 yet. I'm 20 years old now and my symptoms have been getting worse.

The last time I got a psych evaluation, it was state ordered. I'm not sure how to get one voluntarily.

I DO know that I definitely need some help. My life is basically falling apart and I've got new symptoms, as well as the old ones getting worse. My roommates all say I need a psych evaluation very badly because they've noticed some odd behavior I, myself, wasn't even aware I was doing.

-My arms and legs shake involuntarily. When this happens, I don't even realize it until someone says something about it.

-I've been having some really weird flashbacks.

-Two main voices seem to haunt my mind. One is an older man whom I am very afraid of. One is a little girl whom I feel sorry for but am also very afraid of. I've gone so far as to actually think I've SEEN the little girl.

-Sometimes I hear voices that aren't saying anything. They just sound like hundreds of people whispering in my head all at once.

-I've developed a fear of leaving my property by myself. I can't go any farther than the end of the driveway unless I'm in the car without getting extremely confused and disoriented.This happens in stores like Wal Mart and Dollar General as well.

-I can't bring myself to speak to anyone that doesn't live in my household. I went to the store the other day. The cashier asked me if it was credit or debit and I answered her by putting up 2 fingers to indicate that it was a debit card. I WANTED to say it out loud. It was just like something was stopping me.

-I've got other symptoms as well that I am not willing to discuss, but I am very scared right now and figure this is pretty much anonymous so it's safe to ask for advice.
I don't think I'm crazy. I just get scared over the strangest little things and I'd prefer not to have to take pills, actually.

All I want is for my life to go back to normal.

Alright so just a day ago I suspect I got a virus i'm not sure because nothing appears to be wrong but at first my computer was acting up like the internet but it has been working good since I just think it was a problem on Vuze's side while I was downloading. I was able to download Lavasoft Ad-Aware. I scanned the computer and nothing was detected and I fully deleted any recent downloads from Vuze just to be sure. I stopped using Vuze for now and my internet is working but on myspace it wont save my passwords yet on other sites it does I did do a delete browsing history before hand before I did my system restore. Now when I click remember password on myspace it doesn't do it? I then took my bank acct and credit card off of Paypal am I safe? for at least that part of it. I'm confused because a Virus isn't picking up on the programs yet my password wont save on that site?
Oh and whoever doesn't give me a straight up answer I will delete this question and nobody will get a best answer I don't want F**king download sites I want a answer.

I need it for these reasons

1. Buying things online. I have the cash but it's not like I can feed the bills into my computer lol
2. Sometimes I have the cash in my bank account and not in my wallet but can't withdraw it for a while so having a credit card would make help me if I run out of pocket money
3. Decrease the size of my wallet or maybe even switch to one of those metallic clip things

I won't be using it to buy things I don't already have the money for, or things that will take me months to pay off

I asked it a few days ago, but here we are again. My Great Dane puppy is 100lbs now, and she's getting spayed in a few weeks. Anytime after she'll start her cycle and I truly believe dogs should be spayed before their first cycle.

Anyways, there is no other option for me but to spay her, she's not show quality, she doesn't need to be fertile. Period. The only issue is that at my vet's the cost for a 100lb+ dog is $300 for a spay. He doesn't take payment plans or credit cards. I looked into the Humane Society like you guys suggested, unfortunately they have a weight limit at 95lbs. We'll ask if they'll allow her, but so far I can't get a hold of anyone.

Any other suggestions? Maybe extra money making solutions or other low cost spaying options?

I have been asked to sign in there several times. However the one time i tried my bank called asking me to confirm three charges. But when they looked them up the charges were denied. Minutes after I submitted my card number I was sent charges so I canceled my accounts because it stated that after three days i would be charged thirty something dollars for three different sites so i canceled them all immediately. Previously, I had absolutely no debt, paid my credits card off each month, owned my cars and home (no mortgage). I found a new home at a great price pulled money out of my investment account for the down payment and took out a mortgage for the rest, and now trying to sell my original home. I was sure this would hurt my credit rating, but with the mortgage it IMPROVED my rating by 10 points!! I certainly am stressed out now because I just got laid off from my job last week, and feel I have screwed myself by putting myself in a position to have to pay a mortgage with no job.

But my question is why does having a mortgage INCREASE your credit rating? I use Experian to monitor my credit score.

I had Comcast this last summer and when I moved I canceled and returned the modem I was leasing from them.

Problem is they are now claiming never to have got the modem and just called to say they are going to charge me 500$ for it in 24 hours if I don't return it.

Okay, I live in Seattle, and the rest of my family lives in Los Angles, and I can't stand them. Even my grandparents. so i just got back from a "job" interview. a guy at my college got me to come in, i was very confused on what the job actually was, even more so when i got there. So I've made many trips to the BMV--10 to be exact--to get my State ID. Only a State ID, not my license....now of course I have to show my Social Security Card, proof of address, and because I wasn't born here in Indiana (Florida), my birth certificate. To get a copy of my birth certificate alone took about 7 months--guessing someone wasn't doin their job. But the 3rd or 4th time of going in to the BMV someone at the desk said I'm qualified and took my snapshot. And as their getting it registered or developing it or whatever they do back there, a different woman tells me I need secondary ID. No 1 told me that before. So they did away with my picture I guess, and I left. Anyhoo, I said I haven't heard of a seconday ID before, I thought that's why I had a SS card. She gives me this paper stating all the different forms they accept as secondary ID. Thing is I don't qualify for a single form on that entire list. From the IN BMV website:

I'm 22, so the rules and regulations for a minor don't apply to me.
I don't got a state ID.
I don't got a high school id--didn't go here.
I've tried seeing if Social Security would help me. They said no cos I'm not using any benefits from SS.
I don't have health insurance.
I tried getting a credit card shipped to me. They all declined me, saying I need to give license or state ID information.
I've tried opening a bank account in my name--have to give id.
I could use my license as secondary ID, but I don't have 1.
I'd try getting a gun and using the permit, but I don't like guns and I'd have to show ID for registration.
The only thing I can think that I haven't done is maybe see if I can get a library card without showing ID and hopefully if I can sign my name on the back of it, maybe that could fall under the credit card option.

It's hard for me to sit here and wait for something that's essentially already mine. It's like I slipped into some kind of crack in the system. With how long I've waited for my birth certificate to be sent to me and my waiting for my state ID combined, I've *patiently* waited for about a year. I don't know how much longer I can wait. I odn't know what to do. If I can't get a library card, the only other option I can see is getting a criminal record, but I'm very much against that--don't got 1, don't want 1.

Please, is there anyone who can help me?? My life literally depends on it!!

I was just paying off the account and didn't really use the card. I have no use for the account at all. I have another credit card with a better interest rate. Should I close out the credit card account I just paid off or just let it be and not charge any money to it?

Credit Card Terminal - Wireless. I have a merchant account and called my provider and asked for a wireless terminal. They said I would have to set up a completely new second account an that it was not possible to have a wireless and internet/dial up terminal on the same account.
